This day was dedicated to the Cerro San Cristóbal.
I wanted to go up the hill, enjoy the view, get some pictures of Santiago and enjoy some good food before and after.

First stop: Pastel de Choclo

This dish was delicious!

It is nothing like dishes we would know in Europe but it is “similar” to corn pudding if it was mixed with a cottage pie but with the South American twist to it. I know it doesn’t make sense and it is not clear… but it is a must-eat, for sure.

Main activity: Cerro San Cristóbal

The climb was a bit of a struggle for me. I’m not a gym addict. I made it though. And the view was the treat.
The snow of the previous day made it even better.

I was able to enjoy the sunset while I was going down the hill.

Last stop: Lomo a lo Pobre

I must admit that the climb got me to think about having carbs for dinner.
When I saw that I was able to get this dish for dinner I didn’t hesitate!
And it was a treat.
