Week 40 – £4.56 [Eggs, Sardines]

This week will be a 6-day week as I am enjoying a weekend with my friends in the countryside until Monday evening.

For breakfasts, it will be porridge oats as I am back to my usual treat.
I might switch for eggs some mornings.

For lunches and dinners, I will mainly enjoy a mix of small plates:
– Baked beans
– Red split lentils in a few ways
– Eggs in a few ways as well (Eggs are not on the picture because I am buying them on Tuesday)
– Spicy brown rice
– Mug soups
– Sardines

My week would cost £4.56, I bought my products from Tesco and Lidl for this week.
And I actually spent £2.96 for this week meal plan.
The red split lentils, the brown rice and the mug soups are from my stock.
I still have loads to go through by the end of the year.
And I counted 15p of spices this week as well.

If you are on a vegan diet, you could remove the sardines and eggs and add red kidney beans, pinto beans and/or yellow split peas.
