Week 38 – £4.96 [Pickled cucumber]

For breakfasts, I am trying something new again.
I won’t be having porridge oats this week. I’ll be enjoying:
Eggs in different ways!

For lunches and dinners, I will enjoy meals like the following:
– Roasted vegetables
– Mug soup with penne
– Pickled cucumber (recipe)
– Vegetable chips: Kale, potato, carrot
– Kale soup (recipe)
– Penne with tomate sauce
– Potato omelet

My week would cost £4.96, I bought my products from Lidl for this week.
And I actually spent £4.63 for this week meal plan.
I counted 20p of spices as I am still using my stock of spices.
And I counted 13p for the 2 mug soups as I’m slowly going through my stock.

If you are on a vegan diet, you could remove the eggs and have granola or porridge.
