My recipes – Homemade bread – Quick & Easy

Preparation: 5 minutes

  • 300g of flour
  • 160 mL of hot water
  • 1.5 tbsp of olive oil
  • spices to taste! My choice:
    • 1 tsp of thyme
    • salt and pepper
    • Sometimes, I add chilli flakes

Cooking instructions:

Mix the flour, the olive oil and the water in a bowl until you get a smooth ball of dough.

Season and add the spices if desired.

You have 2 options:

  • Heat up your pan with a bit of oil on medium-high heat.
    Cook the dough in flat disks in the pan until they are golden (and cooked obviously).
  • Pre-heat the oven (Grill mode – 180°C) and bake the flat disks for 10-15 minutes.

You can have this with salads, cream cheese or anything you like. I enjoy these with some cheese usually.
