Week 37 – £4.77 [Crepes for breakfast]

For breakfasts, I am trying something new again.
I won’t be having porridge oats this week. I’ll be enjoying:

I didn’t use the whole 2 pints of milk I had last week so I’m using this to make crepes. This is a treat. Find my recipe in another post.

For lunches and dinners, I will enjoy meals like the following:
– Cabbage salad
– Sauteed cabbage
– Spaghetti lightly seasoned with lemon, garlic and olive oil
– Spaghetti with soft cheese sauce
– Vegan chili (recipe)
– Green beans with lemon vinaigrette
– Homemade bread (recipe)

My week would cost £4.77, I bought my products from Lidl and Tesco for this week.
And I actually spent £4.40 for this week meal plan.
I counted 20p of spices as I am still using my stock of spices.
And I counted 17p of milk from last week.

If you are on a vegan diet, you could remove the milk, make pita bread and enjoy some hummus with it instead of soft/cream cheese.
