For breakfasts, I am changing it up a lot.
I won’t be having porridge oats this week. I’ll be enjoying:
– Baked beans on toast
For lunches and dinners, I will enjoy:
– Sardine spread on toast
– Carrot soup
– Fried rice with carrots
– Carrot salad
– Spicy rice
– Mexican rice (Rice with Tomato sauce)
As snacks, I’ll have:
– Carrot sticks
My week would cost £4.96, I bought my products from Lidl and Tesco for this week.
And I actually spent £4.81 for this week meal plan.
I counted 15p of spices as I am still using my stock of spices.
If you are on a vegan diet, you could remove the sardines and add halloumi or choose cabbage or cauliflower for instance.
