This week I’m changing up things for breakfasts.
On top of porridge, I’m adding rice pudding.
For lunches and dinners, I’m preparing/having:
– Spicy rice
– Lentil stew with spices
– Mug soups
– Rice soup
My week would cost £3.03, I bought my products from Lidl and Tesco as usual.
I actually spent £2.38 for this week meal plan as I’m still using my stock of mug soups and spices.
If you would like to add a source of protein, you can add sardines to the mix.
2 cans cost around £0.40 each (Tesco).
Your week would end up costing £4.83.
