Week 21 – £4.24 [Vegan week]

For breakfasts, my usual bit of sweetness: porridge oat deliciousness.

For lunches and dinners, I’m preparing:
– Baked beans
– Mushy peas
– Mixed salad
– Rice salad
– Spicy rice

This week again, I will eat light meals as the better weather is “asking” my body to eat less but I added some beans and peas as I will have a few more demanding days in terms of energy.

My week would cost £4.24, I bought my products from Lidl and Tesco as usual.
I actually spent £4.19 for this week meal plan as I ran out of rice, I used the whole big bag I had at the beginning of the year.
I’m still good on spices though 🙂
